We just got back from a sunny 10-day escape to beautiful Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo, and I’m still dreaming about the beautiful beaches, quaint restaurants and our many adventures. We split our time between the two towns—4 nights in the splashy energy of Cabo San Lucas and 6 nights in the artsy, boho charm of San José del Cabo—and it was the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation.
Cabo San Lucas Highlights:
We kicked things off in Cabo San Lucas with one big mission: my husband wanted to catch a rooster fish on a fly rod for his birthday. Mission accomplished! And yes, they put up a fight! We experienced the stunning sunsets, local seafood, and the well-known Cabo vibe.
San José del Cabo Vibes:
Then we slowed things down in San José del Cabo. Surfers rode the waves ALL DAY in front of our condo. The Thursday night art walk through the historic district was so fun... music, twinkly lights, and art full of color and creativity. And let’s talk about Flora Farms... heaven! We toured the gardens, had an incredible farm-to-table meal, and shared many laughs.
It was the best kind of vacation—equal parts exciting, inspiring and restful. Cabo, you were good to us. Your weather was perfect. Makes me want to paint a spicy margarita! I assure you, we'll be back!
